I called Rhoan about a ventilation problem I am having in my townhome. Cigarette smoke from a adjacent home was making its way into our home via the ventilation system.  He offered to come out the very next day to take a look at no cost to me.  Rhoan was prompt, professional and provided us with a few trouble shooting ideas to try first. Needless to say the company who painted our home a few years ago painted the vents shut.  Within minutes my husband had all the vents open again and air is flowing freely.  My husband and I were very impressed with Best Choice Heating and will call him in the future.

Thank you to Rhoan and his team at Best Choice Heating. Even though they are swamped with all the calls in the heat we are having, they had a technician out within a reasonable time. The problem was quickly diagnosed. We needed a new fan motor on our heat pump. The tech made a quick trip back to the shop to see if they had one in stock. We were in luck. In a mater of a few hours our house was cooling down again. Making my payment online through their website was a breeze as well. Great job guys. Me and the family can now sleep comfortably again!!
